Do I need to book an appointment to come in and look at the wigs?

We strongly advise booking an appointment as we leave out two hours for a consultation. We also need to make sure that the wig room is free in order to accommodate you as this is a personal experience in a private wig room.
Do I need a skin test for colour, even foils?

Yes, if you book in for a colour service, even for foils, a skin test must be completed a minimum of 48 hours in advance. This is a legal requirement and even with foils it is likely that a toner may still be needed.
Can I bring/show you a picture of how I'd like my hair?

Yes! In fact we highly recommend it. It shows us your end goal, whether it be in the hairdressing salon or for a wig/hairpiece.
Is there parking nearby?

There is on-street parking surrounding the salon. There are also numerous pay & display car parks throughout Stone, the closest being Christ Church Way. There is a private parking area located directly behind the salon, however this is not ours so please do not park here!
Do you offer free fringe trims?

For regular clients we do offer free fringe trims. For new clients or to have a fringe put in all we ask for is £5.
